Bio
Your Partner in Holistic Health
Dr. Taché has built her career by repeatedly stepping into unfamiliar systems and learning, quickly, how they work. She trained and practiced medicine in the United States, worked in Tanzania to help establish a university partnership to train the country's own health workforce, and requalified as a physician in Germany under an entirely different medical licensing system. Along the way, she has advised the World Bank, GAVI, and the CDC on strengthening health systems in some of the world's most complex settings, led the city of Dresden's medical response for newly arrived refugees and asylum seekers, and taught the next generation of physicians at UCSF, in Austria, and at TU Dresden. What ties two decades across borders and institutions together isn't the specialty — it's the skill of arriving somewhere unfamiliar, reading how it actually works, and finding her footing fast. It's a skill that built a career spanning three continents. It's also a skill that, practiced for that long, can quietly cost you something.
"I know what it's like to lose yourself while trying to hold everything together — a body that stopped cooperating, having children late in life, an academic career I built and then walked away from. My path took me from a refugee clinic in Germany to founding my own integrative coaching practice, and what I learned along the way is simple: at any age, you can reconnect with your body and reclaim the vitality of being fully, recognizably yourself. That's the work I do with my clients."

Client Testimonials
During my time working with Dr. Taché, I learned how to discover and embrace the new person I had become.
When I first started, I felt lost. Nothing that had worked for me in the past seemed to work anymore and I didn’t know how to move forward. Dr. Taché gave me a roadmap, an open ear, and the guidance I needed to navigate some of the darker and more difficult paths.
I felt truly seen and understood. She helped me make sense of where I was, find a way forward, and learn how to navigate this new chapter of my life.
I’m incredibly grateful for her expertise, kindness, and guidance. She gave me not only the tools to move forward, but also the confidence to trust myself again.

MY HOLISTIC HEALTH APPROACH
Health, taken seriously — and taken further
The World Health Organization defines health not merely as the absence of disease, but as "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being."
I take that definition seriously — and I take it further. Real health also depends on the environment you live and work in, the relationships that sustain you, and the sense of purpose that gets you out of bed each morning.
That's why my assessments look at all of it: your medical history alongside the full range of lifestyle medicine — movement, nutrition, sleep, stress — and the relationships, environment, and sense of meaning behind lasting change. Nothing is treated in isolation, because in a body and a life, nothing actually is.
